Murcia Tram Line 1 runs through Plaza Circular and links the centre with the Espinardo university area. For UCAM, change at Los Rectores–Terra Natura onto the UCAM–Los Jerónimos branch; it is not a direct ride. Check the timetable and last connection.

Boltify calls it ‘the green caterpillar’. Start by finding your home stop, class stop and final normal return. For nights, holidays or placements, save an alternative before you need it.

Choose your university to find the campuses, transport connections and tips relevant to you.
Where do you study?
UMU has major activity at Espinardo and La Merced in the city centre, as well as other campuses. Check the exact faculty and room: the university name alone does not identify your stop.
If classes are split, save both journeys and the last useful connection for each day.
The main Murcia campus is in Guadalupe. From the centre, the journey commonly combines Line 1 with its UCAM shuttle; check the exact connection for your timetable.
Do not check departure time only: confirm the interchange and your normal last return.
Language schools, conservatoires, hospitals and placements may be far from your usual campus. Ask for the exact address and shift before day one.
Campus and placement may be separate destinations: save a reliable route for each.
Health degrees
Before organising your journeys or travel pass, ask for the centre, dates, shift and address of every rotation. This is mobility guidance, not academic or medical advice.
Medicine students may have activity or placements at centres such as Virgen de la Arrixaca, Reina Sofía or Morales Meseguer. This does not mean every student attends all three: your official allocation, shift and calendar decide.
If you join UCAM Physiotherapy through an international or mobility programme, confirm modules, calendar, placement centre and shift first. The campus location alone is not enough to plan transport.
Ask for the building, clinical centre and shift. ‘Campus’ and ‘placement’ may be two separate destinations in the same term.
Keep your international friends, but talk to Spanish classmates early, try language exchanges and check your university's intensive courses. If classes or exams are in Spanish, confidence outside class helps inside too.
Open sourceSmall streets, terraces and groups moving between venues. A good place to begin without planning the whole night in advance.
Close to Tascas and easy as a meeting point. Read the mood when you arrive instead of chasing whichever venue is fashionable.
The option for a concert, indie night or a specific event. Check the line-up and ticket conditions before leaving.
